Student Athlete Coaching

Does your athlete have potential in their sport but needs DAILY MOTIVATION  or are their current coaches not pushing them to a higher level?  We fill in the gaps of your athlete's training in season and out and make them accountable every day to excel.
 

Coach Robert Walters can act virtually as your athlete’s accountability, motivation, nutrition and success coach! Accountability keeps them on track to their full potential. Coach Walters has worked successfully with over 500 athletes over the last 10+ years.
 

Daily Coaching Plan Includes: 
 

  • Initial discussion of playing history, goals, current nutrition  etc.

  • Flexible age appropriate training program which fits over their team practices and camps.

  • Nutritional plan with daily feedback as needed.  We use a Functional Nutrition for Athletes approach.

  • Weekly Oura or Whoop Fitness Tracker Analysis

  • Daily check-ins and feedback as to nutrition, strength training, sport specific practice etc.

  • Footwork drills library for explosive play and injury prevention

  • Use of our dynamic cell phone APP & website to be reminded to workout & to post daily workouts and communicate with Coach Walters. Parents have full access as well.

  • College sports counselling for High School athletes
     

How Coach Walters works with your athlete:

At the end of each day your athlete will use our APP or website to enter their workouts, sports specific skills & drills and their nutrition.  Coach Walters will then give feedback and answer any questions etc. This gives your athlete accountability to all three important pillars of their training and long term success!

 

Coach Walters works with athletes in any sport, at any skill level from 5th-12th grade plus College.
